Downloadable Files for Linux
Due to the sheer number of Linux distributions, and given individual binaries for each distribution, we have, in most cases, simply provided the source code for a given application. We have also, however, included links to official sites and/or mirrors where binaries for specific distributions may be found if desired.
Burning CDs from .iso Files
For burning CDs from .iso files, we've provided K3b in our Utilities category.
Licensing for Labs
Any software listed on TigerWare covered for Faculty and Staff is also covered for lab installations, as long as the lab is owned and maintained by Faculty and Staff.
