Burning CDs from .iso files
For burning CDs from .iso files, we've provided YuBurner for Mac OS X.
Availability Legend
This legend indicates who is licensed to download and use the software, or purchase under pricing agreements, according to the following definitions:
F = Faculty
SF = Staff
ST = Students (All)
GS = Graduate Students
VL= Virtual Lab
Labs= Student Labs
DEPT = Departmental
Licensing for Labs
Any software listed on TigerWare covered for Faculty and Staff is also covered for lab installations, as long as the lab is owned and maintained by Faculty and Staff.
New Adobe/Macromedia CLP Vendor!
All CLP purchases may now be made through CDW-G. An LSU-specific web interface is available for licensing here, Media purchases may also be made through the same interface by clicking on the Adobe CLP Licenses link toward the bottom of the page.

Host on Demand
Host on Demand is an OS-independent IBM Java-based terminal emulator used to connect to mainframe sessions. It can be accessed here. Note: The first time the application is used on a client machine, a necessary client installation will occur.

VMware Academic Program
The VMware Academic Program (VMAP) is a comprehensive program designed specifically for the academic community. Including Fusion, Workstation, and Server

* Faculty can use VMware software under specific program usage guidelines, free of charge, in a wide variety of areas of academic research and classroom instruction.
* Students can use this software as part of their coursework or research projects. Or can purchase a license from VMware Academic.
